Legal Counsel
Lausanne, Switzerland [part-time]The Legal Counsel safeguards the Vestergaard’s interests and enables business growth by providing strategic legal support and pragmatic solutions. The position ensures that all contractual engagements are sound, compliant, and aligned with the company’s commercial objectives. Through expert drafting, negotiation, and risk management, the role fosters trust with internal stakeholders and external partners, while continuously improving legal processes, tools, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
This role is based in Lausanne, reports directly to the General Counsel, and is a 50% part-time, minimum eight-month maternity-replacement contract, starting February 2026.
